We aim to process all orders within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or high-order periods. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information, when applicable. Please ensure that all personal and address details are entered correctly at checkout. Ann-Fe Skincare is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are only guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, customs, or unexpected events are outside of our control, and Ann-Fe Skincare is not liable for such delays.

For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering internationally.

If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly first, as they may have additional delivery details. Ann-Fe Skincare is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and assist with a replacement or solution when appropriate.
