At Ann-Fe Skincare, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and clear photos showing the problem. Each case will be reviewed individually, and if approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival. Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

We are not responsible for refunds due to allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Ann-Fe Skincare.

​

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
